SFLA's Official Comment to the FDA on Precautionary Allergen Labeling (PAL) and Food Allergen Thresholds

Thank you to all of our supporters who joined our campaign and submitted comments to the FDA urging them to reject a risk-based approach to "may contain" labeling that would set the threshold at ED05 — a standard that would leave 1.6 million of the most sensitive food allergic Americans without any precautionary allergen warning on the label.
