Transparency & Safety in Food Allergen Labeling
The Safe Food Label Alliance, Inc. is committed to promoting transparency and safety in food allergen labeling across the United States. We advocate for mandatory precautionary allergen labeling (PAL) — including "may contain" and cross-contamination warnings — that protects ALL 33 million food allergic Americans, along with their caregivers and families. By pushing for science-based FDA food labeling standards, we work to ensure that every food allergic consumer can trust what is — and what isn't — on the label.
